The marketing communication of a manufacturer of industrial goods as an  integrated corporation and under inclusion of the division trademarketing shall be realigned in order to be able to meet the demands of an effective communication work.

The main tasks are the strategic and conceptual management of integrated marketing communication, the objective steering of communications instruments by standardised briefing processes of external service partners as well as the securing of quality standards and their enduring further development in view of cost-benefit-aspects in the area of POS materials. For this, it is necessary to build the structural, organisational and personnel prerequisites in order to enable an effective structural and operational organisation.

Our Approach:

The MC PROJECT MANAGEMENT team decided for the following procedure:

1. Defining the multi-dimensioned requirement profile (target)

2. Status analysis of existing structures and processes in the
    division marketing-communication (actual)

3. Implementation plan for the target-oriented establishment of a
    target structure and operational organisation in consideration of
    appropriate financial and time planning

4. Establishment of a target organisation and processes including
    the temporarily supply of personnel resources.
